Information collected through inquiries

When you use the contact page, we collect the inquiry type, message, optional email address for replies, and the pathname of the relevant page. We do not ask for or store names, addresses, phone numbers, attachments, tool input, IP addresses, or user-agent strings.

This information is used to reply, verify the issue, investigate bugs, and improve the site. Inquiry messages and email addresses are not written to application logs.

Inquiry storage and retention

Inquiries are accepted through an API on this site's origin. Cloudflare Turnstile prevents abuse and spam. Cloudflare Pages Functions receive, validate, and relay inquiries. Validated inquiries are delivered and stored in a private Google environment through Google Apps Script, and are used to notify the site operator.

Inquiry messages and reply email addresses are deleted after about 180 days. Ongoing cases may be retained until they are resolved. To request deletion, contact us through the contact page.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to improve the service. GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as page views, referrers, and usage environment. This information is not used to directly identify individuals.

For the Age Calculator, Area Converter, Discount Calculator, Days Calculator, BPM Tap Counter, and Web Metronome, a completed operation may send one of tool_calculate, tool_copy, or tool_handoff so we can understand actual use. These operation events contain only a fixed tool ID, display language, and action type. They never include birth dates, prices, BPM, tool input, calculation results, free-form text, URLs, user identifiers, or input counts.

To avoid GA4 measurement, use your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, when required by law, or when using services such as Cloudflare and Google as needed to respond to inquiries and operate the site.
